Why We Built This
Most free word counter tools online are slow, cluttered with ads, and send your text to remote servers. For a student practising UPSC answer writing at 11 PM, or a blogger checking their article length before publishing, that is simply not good enough.
RealWordCounter was created to fix that. Every feature runs locally in your browser — no text ever leaves your device, no account is needed, and the tool keeps working even if your internet connection drops. It is the tool we wished existed.
